Mental Growth

The first step to achieving a mentality in which you can achieve the impossible is creating a slogan/power statement. When you create a statement that screams nothing but positivity and continue to repeat that and display it in the most observed places it becomes a way of life. When I talk about conquering fears it does not mean taking on the world. You can conquer a simple fear such as public speaking, driving in bad weather or sleeping in the dark. As we grow up we develop new fears and begin to overcome others. So why not conquer a fear a day to keep yourself moving forward at all times. Some of the fears will force you to stretch your brain however if you want to go above and beyond you can make this a small one minute task or you can carry it along with you for the day. For example if you are working with math facts and numbers you can force yourself to not use a calculator per every 5 problems or you can put away the calculator for the whole day. Any sort of activity that you normally do you can modify to force your brain to think differently. We often take for granted our daily routines and the tools that surround us and by breaking these routines or learning to work without one of the many of tools we begin to make huge changes toward our future.
